CombLine® Application FAQ's
HOW LONG DOES THE APPLICATION LAST?
Up to 4-8 weeks when properly installed.
DO I NEED TO BE COMBLINE® TRAINED AND CERTIFIED TO USE THIS TECHNIQUE?
Yes, to properly use this technique stylists are recommended to train and become certified in CombLine® directly through a CombLine® class.
CAN I USE MY OWN HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Yes, you can use an extension brand of your choice. CombLine® does not sell hair, it is an application for use with all types and brands of hair.
WHAT IS THE GLUE USED FOR APPLICATION?
It is a medical grade ISO 10993-5 certified glue.
HOW MANY EXTENSIONS CAN BE APPLIED WITH A GLUE TUBE?
This can vary it is determined by the thickness of the persons hair and the amount of hair being applied expect to use between one and two glue tubes for a full head of hair.
Certification Class FAQ's
WHAT IS THE COST OF A COMBLINE® CLASS AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
The cost of the class will be $2150. It includes a kit, mannequin and tripod ($1400 value).
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Most items are included in Kit that will be shipped to you for class, however please bring your own combs and clips to section and part the hair.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
1. Complete the account registration form to create an account.
2. Sign up for a class date, time, and location that works for you.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CLASS AND HOW DO I OFFICIALLY GET CERTIFIED SO I CAN PURCHASE TOOLS, ETC.?
After class you will need to submit three examples of your work for approval before obtaining your CombLine® Certification. Practice makes perfect, so we recommend continued practice to perfect your technique. Once you are certified you will be eligible to purchase CombLine® accessories and tools.

9:00 AM-5:00 PM
WHAT TO KNOW PRIOR TO CLASS?
Stylists are required to bring their kit to class; no additional materials are needed.
